Rubio would solidify Florida and be a factor in New Mexico and Colorado. I'm not saying that Latinos would vote for him JUST because he is Hispanic ... But some would, and some would take a closer look and see that conservative values more closely mirror their own values, than anything the Democrats have to offer.
