SOME COUNTRIES HAVE A WAY OF DEALING WITH DESPOTIC RULERS WHO CIRCUMVENT THE COURTS, LEGISLATIVE BRANCH AND DESTROY THE ECONOMY WITHOUT HAVING TO INCREASE THE MISERY OF THE PEOPLE BY HAVING TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT ELECTION. AND SOME DON'T!
